4. Employer Disclaimer

  • Employers are responsible for conducting their own background checks and final interviews before hiring.

  • Trimind HR Solutions will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising between the employer and the candidate.

  • Once a candidate is selected and offered employment, the engagement between Trimind HR Solutions and the employer is considered complete, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Service Fees and Payments

  • All applicable service charges or consultancy fees (if any) will be communicated in advance.

  • Payments must be made within the agreed timelines.

  • Fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trimind HR Solutions will not be liable for:

  • Non-joining or withdrawal of a candidate after offer or selection.

  • Termination or resignation after joining.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from recruitment or employment.
