The decision to join, continue, or terminate employment lies solely with the candidate and the employer.
Our responsibility ends once the candidate’s details are shared with the employer and/or the selection process is completed.
We do not guarantee employment, job continuity, or career progression.
4. Employer Disclaimer
Employers are responsible for conducting their own background checks and final interviews before hiring.
Trimind HR Solutions will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising between the employer and the candidate.
Once a candidate is selected and offered employment, the engagement between Trimind HR Solutions and the employer is considered complete, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Service Fees and Payments
All applicable service charges or consultancy fees (if any) will be communicated in advance.
Payments must be made within the agreed timelines.
Fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties (Trimind HR Solutions, candidates, and employers) agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information, including resumes, company details, and communication records.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trimind HR Solutions will not be liable for:
Non-joining or withdrawal of a candidate after offer or selection.
Termination or resignation after joining.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from recruitment or employment.
